John
Lee, Jr
John Lee has been immersed in every business aspect of feature motion picture development. From producing to distribution, Lee has over twenty-five years of experience. He has bought and sold motion pictures and their various rights within the major markets at MIFED, Cannes, and AFM. He has acquired screenplays and motion picture rights to novels, and negotiated, managed and/or performed virtually every other business function of motion picture development, production, US and foreign theatrical and ancillary distribution, including auditing distributors in the perfection of producers' profits participations. His relationships are extensive and intimate with major production talent, motion picture studios, agents, entertainment banks, attorneys and ancillary licensees.
Lee is the CEO of Entertainment Business Group. He is also the author of The Producer's Business Handbook published by Focal Press and the primary seminar presenter for Entertainment Business Group Seminars.

Rob
Holt
Rob served in physical production and project administration for Cinema Completions International, the industry's largest completion guarantor. Some of CCI's pictures include The Thin Red Line, Bless the Child, Rules of Engagement, and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. He also worked as a project manager for Entertainment Coalition, a firm providing both entertainment insurance and completion bonds for its industry clients. Holt has a degree in economics from Brigham Young University, with emphasis in business and film.

Pamela Pickering
Pamela Pickering,
a veteran motion picture executive with more than 25 years experience
in international distribution, is one of a small number of executives
in the independent film arena experienced in the international licensing,
marketing and distribution of studio level motion pictures.
Most recently, Pickering served as President of Sales and Distribution for Initial Entertainment Group, where she was responsible for the licensing and distribution of Michael Mann’s Ali (starring Will Smith), co-financed by Initial with Sony Pictures. She also planned and executed the international release strategy for Martin Scorsese’s Gangs of New York (starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Daniel Day-Lewis, and Cameron Diaz). The film earned well over $100 million at the international box office, outstripping Miramax’s domestic performance results.
Pickering served in similar capacities for Mutual Film Company and Spelling Films International. Under the Mutual banner, Pickering handled such Paramount and Universal co-financed films as Mike Nichol’s Primary Colors (John Travolta, Emma Thompson); Milos Forman’s Man on the Moon (Jim Carrey, Danny DeVito); and Curtis Hanson’s Wonder Boys (Michael Douglas). While at Spelling, she handled the Scott Rudin produced In & Out (Kevin Kline); Jonathan Mostow’s Breakdown (Kurt Russel); and Bryan Singer’s The Usual Suspects (which earned Academy Awards for Kevin Spacey and writer Chris MacQuarry).

Bruce
Auerbach
Bruce Auerbach is the President of Consumer Products for Entertainment Business Group (EBG). Bruce oversees on a global basis the solicitation and management of all third party licensing of products for the company’s slate of current and future motion picture properties. Presently, Bruce is directing worldwide merchandising and marketing for “The Runelords,” a motion picture franchise currently in pre-production.
Bruce carries with him over 20 years of experience in the licensing industry. After representing over a dozen manufacturers and brokering deals with studios and licensors, Bruce found he had created a niche category in the world of licensing, pioneering the role of Licensing Agent for the manufacturer, utilizing insider information to broker substantial deals.
Throughout his career, Bruce has been intimately involved with numerous successful entertainment properties including: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Batman, Cabbage Patch Kids, Dragonball Z, The Simpsons, Looney Tunes, Star Trek, Britney Spears, Destiny’s Child, The Osbournes, Power Rangers, Sesame Street and Pokemon, just to name a few.

Marie Gillen
President, Development & Production for Entertainment Business Group, Anne Marie is extensively experienced in motion picture and television development and has exceptional relationships with studios, international distributors, production and acting talent.
Prior to joining
EBG Anne Marie was the Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Freeman’s
company, Revelations Entertainment. She led the company in its strategic
financing
and distribution of Revelations’ projects. During her tenure Revelations’
produced Along Came the Spider for Paramount; she developed Port Chicago
Mutiny for NBC Network; and developed, independently financed and produced
Under Suspicion starring Morgan Freeman and Gene Hackman for Sony Pictures.
Prior to Revelations Entertainment, Anne Marie was co-founder and CEO of Electric Shadow Productions, and its Chair. Electric Shadow fully financed and Anne Marie was the Executive Producer of its first feature Fried Green Tomatoes released by Universal and starring Kathy Bates and Jessica Tandy. This picture earned over $200 million in worldwide theatrical receipts and was nominated for two Academy Awards and three Golden Globes.
